    • 摘要: 针对自燃煤层及容易自燃煤层矿井掘进巷道顶部的高冒区,以及煤层砌碹巷道冒高处“封闭和半封闭型”漏风,容易发生自燃的情况,利用新型高分子凝胶材料的阻化性能强、渗透性好、吸热量大等优点,通过专用防灭火注浆装置向目标区域压注。实践证明,该材料可有效控制掘进巷道冒高处自燃火灾对矿井生产的严重威胁,能克服传统充填材料性能差、价格高等缺点。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the situations of loose arching back filling, or vaults "closed and semi closed type" air leakage causing spontaneous combustion in the spontaneous combustion of coal seams and the top of excavating roadway of easy to spontaneous combustion of coal mine,and the high caved area in arching roadway, using the advantages of strong resistance properties, good permeability, large heat absorption of polymer gels, dedicated fire-fighting grouting device is used to inject new polymer gel fire extinguishing materials in a target area. Practice has proved that the material can effectively control roadway spontaneous combustion in high risk serious threat to the mine production and overcome the disadvantages of poor performance, high cost of traditional filling materials.
