    Experiment Analysis on New Type Yield-damping Ring of Bolt (Cable)

    • 摘要: 基于巷道掘进过程中围岩应力变化、支护与围岩变形的关系,探讨了让压锚杆(索)的支护作用机理。提出了一种新型让压减震装置,对其结构特点、变形特性进行了试验分析,结果表明装置不仅可实现让压功能,同时具有冲击荷载作用下减震的作用,避免锚杆(索)因应力过大而破断的问题,更加有利于巷道围岩的整体稳定。

       

      Abstract: Based on surrounding rock stress changes caused by the roadway tunneling and the relationship between support and surrounding rock deformation, the support mechanism of yield bolt (cable) was discussed. A new type of yield-damping equipment, its structural characteristics of deformation characteristics were analyzed by experiment.The results show that the device can not only realize the yield function, but also has damping function under impact loading and avoiding breaking due to excessive stress on the bolt (cable), which is more conducive to the overall stability of surrounding rock.
