    Industrial Testing on Working Face Passing Abandoned Roadway Under Pier Column Filling

    • 摘要: 在回收煤柱时,工作面要横过煤柱中的众多空巷,由于超前支承应力的作用,工作面很难通过空巷;通过分析不同墩柱充填条件下空巷顶板岩层的力学状态的变化,同时使用UDEC数值软件模拟了不同墩柱充填条件,工作面横推过空巷的整个过程,分析了过程中空巷围岩顶板的下沉和两帮的变形。在工程实践中,使用墩柱充填了某煤矿的上下山保护煤柱的联络巷,使工作面安全的推过了此联络巷。

       

      Abstract: When coal mine collects coal pillars, working face must pass the abandoned roadways in coal pillars. Due to the role of advanced abutment stress, it is difficult to pass abandoned roadway for working face. Through the analysis of mechanical state changes at abandoned roadway roof with different pier column filling schemes. UDEC software is used to simulate the whole process of working face passing abandoned roadway with different filling conditions. The article analyzes subsidence and two wall deformation of abandoned roadway in the process, and working face safely passes the abandoned roadway.
