    Automatic Explosion-resistant Technology for Gas Extraction Pipeline

    • 摘要: 为了提高瓦斯抽采系统的安全性,对抽采管路的阻火防传爆技术进行了研究。采用三重红外火焰探测技术拾取爆炸火焰红外光辐射信息,并传递至PLC控制器,控制器驱动液压快速阀门关闭,从而实现瓦斯抽采管路的快速准确阻爆。建立了瓦斯抽采管路阻爆试验模型,通过模拟试验验证了阻爆技术的合理性与可靠性,阻爆阀门动作时间小于100 ms,且有效阻止了爆炸火焰的蔓延。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the safety of gas extraction system, the article studied explosion resistant technology for the gas drainage pipeline. Infrared radiation generated by gas explosion was picked up by the triple infrared flame detectors, and the signal was sent to the PLC controller. The rapid hydraulic cut-off valve was droved by PLC, which cut off the gas pipe quickly and accurately. An explosion-resistant test model of gas drainage pipeline was established, and the reliability and rationality of explosion resistant technology was verified by the simulation test. Overall response time of explosion-resistant system is less than 100 ms, and the spread of flame in gas drainage pipeline can be prevented effectively.
