    • 摘要: 针对潘一东煤矿1252(1)工作面轨道顺槽顶板岩性交替变化条件展开研究,在巷道掘进支护强度较低情况下,按顶板岩性赋存将巷道分为复合顶板段、砂岩直覆段2种类型,利用超前预裂爆破手段改变顶板结构,采用中空注浆锚索对原位巷道进行补强加固,提高围岩承载性能,在2类顶板交替出现情况下,及时调整超前预裂爆破及加固支护参数,减小巷道围岩受采动影响程度。

       

      Abstract: The article analyzes alternative variational lithologic character roof of 1252(1)face track crossheading in Panyidong Mine. Under the condition of lower supporting strength in tunneling, the roadway is divided into two types including compound roof type and sandstone roof type according to the roof lithology. Roof structure is changed by applying pre-splitting blasting technique. Hollow grouting anchor cable is used to reinforce and strengthen the entry. The performance of bearing capacity of soft surrounding rock is improved. In the situation of two types of roofs alternately appearing, pre-splitting blasting and support parameters are adjusted in time. By using these methods, deformation failure of surrounding rocks under the condition of mining is decreased.
