    Whole Anchor Support Technology of Roadway With Strong Dynamic Pressure in Close Distance Seam

    • 摘要: 为解决官地矿22608工作面底抽巷在受到近距离煤层多次动压影响下巷道支护难题,首先进行了地质力学测试,测试结果显示:底抽巷所处位置地应力属于中等应力水平;巷道顶板4 m范围内岩层为泥岩、节理裂隙发育,强度低,平均为22.65 MPa;根据地质力学测试结果,采用数值模拟方法分析了巷道在受近距离煤层多次动压影响时的应力分布和变形状况,最后提出了全断面高预应力强力短锚索支护技术,取得了良好的效果。

       

      Abstract: To solve the support problems of 22608 roadway in Guandi Mine which is effected by several dynamic pressure from close distance seams, geomechanical tests is conducted firstly, and the results show that the in-situ stress level of 22608 roadway belongs moderate stress level; the strata of roadway roof is mudstone within 4 m, and joints are fractured, and the average intensity of the strata is 22.65 MPa. Secondly, based on in-situ stress measurements results, the stress distribution and deformation conditions of 22608 roadway effected by several dynamic pressure of close distance seams was analyzed by using the method of numerical simulation. At last, high pre-stressed anchor support in full section of roadway with dynamic pressure in close distance seams were proposed, which achieved good results.
