    • 摘要: 大采高工作面在遇到特殊地质构造的情况下,在工作面岩石进行松动爆破的推进过程中,支架在被动受压、不合理工况下运行,导致整体结构件出现开焊、变形等问题,严重制约工作面的正常开采。如何采用合理解决方案实现工作面的不间断开采,是大采高工作面普遍面临的难题,云冈矿大采高工作面在开采过程中通过试验采取提前开掘小切巷及支架组装硐室,进行小范围的支架撤换,缩短的搬家时间,多回收了宝贵资源。

       

      Abstract: When the working face with large mining height is under special geological condition, during the advancing process of working face rock loose blasting, support is operated in passive pressure, unreasonable conditions, and it results in unsoldering and deformation of support overall structure and other problems, which seriously restricts the normal mining at working face. How to adopt the reasonable solutions to achieve uninterrupted mining working face is a difficult problem for large mining height face. In the mining process of working face, through taking advance digging small cutting lane and support bracket assembly chamber, removing small scale in Yungang Mine, which can shorten the moving time, recover more valuable resource.
