    • 摘要: 运用简化分析的方法分析火花试验装置旋转打火机构的机械特性,在此基础上编写程序绘制图表体现出不同旋转容差、不同钨丝数量情况下旋转打火机构的接通和断开时长。对图表数据的分析得出火花试验装置对电容电路的有效检验范围, 并验证出由于钨丝数量使用不当引起的接通/断开时长的不同会产生对电容电路本安特性的误判。 证实利用估算电容电路时间常数来决定试验时钨丝使用数量的方式既可以保证安全,又可以提高检验工作效率。

       

      Abstract: The article analyzes the characteristics of rotary ignition mechanism of spark test apparatus (STA) with simplified anlysis method and then gets data of STA accessing and breaking time under different rotation tolerance and different quantities of tungsten wires on the basis of writting procedures chart. STA testing scope of capacity circuit can be acquired by analyzing data. It is verified that inaccurate quantities of tungsten wires results in correspondingly changing of accessing and breaking time, which is likely to cause misjudging about intrinsic safety of capacity circuits. The article proves that estimating the time constant of capacity circuit is both safe and efficient to determine the proper quantities of tungsten wires.
