    Application of Nitrogen Injection Technology by Open Bypass in Haoda Coal Mine Fire Prevention

    • 摘要: 基于昊达煤矿采掘布置特点与生产技术条件,对开区旁路注氮技术在工作面回采过程中煤层自然发火防治中的适用性进行了深入研究,在优化完善注氮量、注氮管路直径等相关参数的基础上,成功地将旁路注氮技术应用在Ⅳ-2自燃煤层自然发火防治中。实践表明,Ⅳ-2煤层4201工作面实施开区旁路注氮技术后,通过束管监测系统检测,CO气体浓度始终控制在14×10-6以下,无其它烃类气体检出,采空区浮煤氧化得到了极大遏制。

       

      Abstract: Based on coal mining layout features and technical conditions of production in Haoda Mine, the paper researches the seam spontaneous combustion prevention applicability of nitrogen injection technology by open bypass in mining process, on the basic of optimizing relevant parameters such as nitrogen injection amount and pipe diameter, nitrogen injection technology by open bypass have been successfully used in spontaneous combustion prevention of IV-2 seam. Practice shows that in the implementation of nitrogen injection technology by open bypass, through the beam pipe monitoring, CO gas concentration is below 14×10-6, no other heavy hydrocarbon gas has been detected, float coal oxidation has been greatly curbed.
