    Application of Dust Overrun High-pressure Spraying Dust Technology in Shanmushu Mine

    • 摘要: 针对杉木树煤矿N2492综掘工作面粉尘浓度大的现状,提出了将粉尘浓度监测与高压喷雾相结合的综合防尘方法。通过对高压雾化喷嘴、高压喷雾泵站和粉尘超限喷雾值进行优化研究,形成了一整套粉尘超限高压喷雾降尘技术及工艺。该综合防尘技术成功应用后,掘进工作面司机位置处降尘效率达88.9%。

       

      Abstract: For the high concentrations status of dust in N2492 fully mechanized heading face of Shanmushu Mine, the article proposes a new solution integrating dust concentration monitor with high-pressure spray. It forms a set of technology and processes for dust overrun high-pressure spraying through optimized study of high pressure atomizing nozzles, high pressure spray pump and gauge dust spray value. The dust suppressed efficiency of driver position in heading face is up to 88.9% through the application of integrated dust technology.
