    Influencing Factors Analysis of Ground Pre-grouting and Stopping Slurry in Kilometer Deep Hole Based on Factor Analysis

    • 摘要: 影响千米深孔地面预注浆止浆施工的因素复杂多样,诸多影响因素决定了止浆施工的成功率,运用因子分析方法对影响止浆施工的因素进行深入分析,归纳为3个公共因子:地质因素(F1)、注浆参数影响因素(F2)、止浆目标因素(F3),揭示了止浆施工过程中的影响因素综合作用的动态变化机理。通过对亳州煤业信湖煤矿主井地面预注浆工程施工案例分析,验证了因子分析方法的可行性。

       

      Abstract: The effect factors in the process of kilometer deep hole ground pre-grouting construction were analyzed in consideration of the diversity and complexity of stopping slurry construction by utilizing the method of factor analysis. Three public factors including geological factor (F1), grouting parameters influencing factor (F2) and stopping slurry targets factor (F3) on behalf of the success rate in stopping slurry construction were extracted. As a case, the analysis of ground pre-grouting construction in Xinhu Coal Mine was carried out for Bozhou Coal, in which the feasibility of the proposed method was verified by utilizing the method of Factor Analysis.
