    煤峪口矿矿井通风系统改造网络解算与分析

    Network Calculation and Analysis for Ventilation System Transformation in Meiyukou Mine

    • 摘要: 煤峪口矿是经2次改扩建的老矿,随着主采区域的转移和开采深度的增加,矿井通风系统复杂,通风阻力增大,通风管理难度增强,通风机联合运转效率低,通风运营成本升高。为改善矿井通风效果和节省通风费用,综合分析矿井通风系统存在的问题,提出将14-2#层406盘区总回风巷贯通的改造方案;借助北大龙软公司的Long Ruan GIS软件,对煤峪口矿通风系统网络进行了解算与分析,为矿井采掘生产系统和通风系统改造方案提供理论依据。

       

      Abstract: Meiyukou Coal Mine is an old mine, which has been reconstructed twice. With the transfer of the main mining area and the increase of mining depth, mine ventilation system becomes complex, ventilation resistance increases, the ventilation management difficulty increases, the fans joint operation efficiency decreases, and ventilation operation costs rise. To improve the effect of mine ventilation and save ventilation costs, after the comprehensive analysis of existing problems in the mine ventilation system, the transformation project of total return airway pass-through in 406 district of 14-2# coal seam was put forward. By using Longruan GIS software, the ventilation system network of Meiyukou Coal Mine was calculated and analyzed, which provides theory basis for the transformation project of mining production system and ventilation system.
