Abstract: Mine safety training is the basis for the safety production of coal mine. However, plenty of issues still exist in safety training of mine in china, for example, weak teacher strength, poor targeted training, insufficient safety devotion, monotonous teaching style, lacking of training theory and inadequate evaluation of the training effectiveness. So, aiming at these issues, the article introduced the modern training concept and training process. And then, the modern training concept of mine safety training was proposed to improve its quality based on the safety technology training center in Henan Polytechnic University. The modern training concept concludes training concept, requirement analysis, contents design and organization.
