    • 摘要: 为了解决传统隐患管理系统的信息不及时、描述不准确、闭环不彻底的问题,提出基于PDA的煤矿隐患排查系统功能框架。系统利用WIFI、RFID、嵌入式数据库开发、人员定位等技术,建立基于PDA的井上井下安全一体化网络办公系统。PDA应用通过无线传输实现隐患信息的实时上传和处理;通过隐患影像数据做到安全管理透明化、可视化;通过与人员定位系统的数据接口实现隐患的精确定位管理。系统实施将有效推进煤矿隐患排查工作的规范化、信息化、标准化,改进传统隐患闭环管理手段,实现隐患排查的实时、精确、可视化管理。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve problems of delay information, inaccurate description and incomplete closed-loop in traditional hidden danger management system, the hidden danger investigation system framework of coal mine based on PDA was proposed. An integrated safety network office system for whole mine was established with PDA, WIFI, RFID, embedded database development and personnel position technology, etc. The system realizes real-time upload and processing of hidden danger information by wireless transmission; makes safety management transparency and visualization with image data; realizes accurate positioning of risks by the interface of personnel positioning system. The system promotes the informatization and standardization of safety management, and improves the traditional closed-loop management and achieves real-time, accurate and visual management of hidden investigation.
