    Application of a New Type Colloid Slurry Materials in Andong Mine Fire Prevention

    • 摘要: 基于新型胶体泥浆材料良好的堵漏、降温、阻化、固结水等性能,采用钻孔压注方式,将其注入防灭火区域,利用材料胶凝后包裹煤体的特性,有效克服了传统灌浆材料浆水的泄漏流失问题。实践证明,新型胶体泥浆材料具有良好的防灭火性能,其在近1 000 ℃的明火中不会迅速汽化,且在井下环境湿度90%,温度28 ℃条件下,防灭火性能保持13个月以上。

       

      Abstract: Based on the good properties of plugging, cooling, resistance, consolidation of water for colloidal mud material, it is injected into the fire zone with the borehole pressure injection mode. Using the property of wrapped coal after gelling of the material, it can effectively overcome the loss and leakage of water of traditional grouting and water injection. Practice has proved that new colloid slurry material has a good fire prevention performance; It does not rapidly vaporized in flame near 1 000 ℃ and In the underground environment humidity of 90 %, temperature of 28 ℃ condition, fire prevention performance can keep for more than 13 months.
