    Hydraulic Fracturing Technology to Improve Seam Permeability of Driving Belt

    • 摘要: 掘进条带水力压裂增透抽采技术在打通一矿得到了成功应用,水力压裂钻孔采用3次注浆封孔工艺确保压裂成功,水力压裂压力在19.3~39.5 MPa之间,平均单孔注水量120 m3。压裂增透影响范围50~150 m,平均100 m。压裂接抽后,使单孔抽采量提高3~5倍,抽采浓度提高3%~20%,煤层透气性明显提高。

       

      Abstract: Hydraulic fracturing technology has successfully been applied in Datong No.1 Mine to improve driving belt permeability.Borehole for hydraulic fracturing is sealed by grouting 3 times to ensure the fracturing success.The water pressure of fracturing is 19.3 to 39.5 MPa,and water injection volume of each borehole is 120 m3.The fracturing area of coal seam is 50 to 150 m, the average is 100 m. After fracturing and pumping, the gas extraction flow rate and concentration of the single bore can be increased by 3 to 5 times and 3% to 20% respectively. Seam permeability is improved significantly.
