    • 摘要: 为研究防治煤尘的泡沫溶胶特性,利用吊片法、旋转黏度计、ROSS-Miles法和自行设计附着力测试法等分别对泡沫性质进行了定量分析,得出表面活性剂复配体系临界胶束质量分数为0.9%,溶液的最小表面张力值为23 mN/m;最大发泡倍数为50倍,发泡倍数约25倍时,黏度值最大为270 mPa·s;在2 min内对泡沫液膜进行胶化反应时得到的泡沫溶胶的防尘效果最好;泡沫溶胶的附着力为1.65 MPa。

       

      Abstract: To investigate properties of the foam sol in view of prevention and control of coal dust, quantitative analysis is performed on foam by utilizing hanging slice method, rotating viscometer, ROSS-Miles method and self-designed adhesion testing method respectively. It is concluded that the critical micelle mass fraction of surfactant mixed system is 0.9%, the minimum surface tension value of the solution is 23 mN/m; the maximal foaming multiple is 50 times. When the foaming multiple is approximately 25 times, the determined viscosity value is the maximum of 270 mPa·s; the effect of prevention and control of dust for the foam sol was the best with the cross linking reaction of 2 min on the foam liquid membrane where the foam sol adhesion is 1.65 MPa.
