    • 摘要: 针对金达煤矿极近距离下部煤层回采巷道失稳难支护的问题,综合分析上下煤层之间及支护方式参数等因素对巷道的影响,研究了造成巷道破坏的机理。通过分析研究,提出了巷道采用锚网加工字钢棚联合支护的方案。运用FLAC3D数值模拟方法建立相应的计算模型,得到该支护方案下下部煤层回采巷道围岩变形规律。模拟结果显示巷道变形较小。现场应用表明, 巷道顶底移近量最大251 mm,巷帮移近量最大83 mm,巷道支护效果较好。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem that is hard to support the roadway in the lower seam in Jinda very contiguous seams, the paper comprehensively analyzed the influence factors of support ways and parameters between the up and down seams on the mining gateways and studied the mechanism that cause the gateway failure. With the analysis and study, the paper put forward a scheme of applying combined support with anchor and I-steel Truss. FLAC3D simulation results show that the roadway deformation is relatively small. Field studies show that the maximum convergence between roof and floor is 251 mm, the maximum both sides convergence is 83 mm, the support of the gateway is improved.
