    • 摘要: 通过对预支撑构件荷载进行检测,得出巷道稳定后巷道顶板围岩动压规律。然后对隔离墙混凝土试块进行抗压强度试验,当试块达到顶板围岩应力值时即为隔离墙能够起到支护效果,混凝土试块同条件养护时间即为预支撑单体柱可以拆除的时间。通过利用midas软件结合混凝土试块的物理参数以及隔离墙设计尺寸进行数值模拟以校核在单体柱拆除之后隔离墙是否能够承受顶板荷载,得出乌兰矿隔离墙承受顶板荷载需要20 d,从而确定了单体柱拆除的时间。

       

      Abstract: Through pre-supporting member stress testing, roof dynamic pressure of the rock after stability is obtained. Then the wall of concrete block compressive strength is tested is drew, When the test block reached roof rock stress value, wall stress can play a supporting effect, concrete block with curing time is the removed time of pre support monomer column. Combining midas software with the physical parameters of the concrete block and separating wall design size, numerical simulation is used to check whether the wall can withstand the roof load or not after the demolition of the monomer column. The results are that the wall in the roof can withstand loads after 20 days and determine the time of removal of monomer column.
