    梅河煤矿三井5109采区深部瓦斯综合治理技术

    Deep Gas Comprehensive Control Techniques in 5109 Mining Area of Meihe Coal Mine 3# Shaft

    • 摘要: 梅河煤矿三井5109采区急倾斜煤层深部瓦斯涌出规律,制订了一套包括顶板穿层钻孔预抽及边采边抽区域煤层瓦斯、顺层交叉钻孔抽采区域煤层瓦斯、高位钻孔抽采采空区及煤层顶板裂隙带瓦斯、高位尾巷埋管抽采采空区瓦斯、顺层下向钻孔边采边抽、全封闭采空区瓦斯抽采的急倾斜煤层分层开采瓦斯治理技术措施。现场应用表明,该技术较好地解决了急倾斜煤层综放工作面的瓦斯问题。

       

      Abstract: Through the analysis of gas emission laws of 5109 steep-inclined coal seam in Meihe Coal Mine deep mining area, the article put forward a set of gas control measures including roof through beds hole pre-drainage and gas drainage while mining technology, using bedding cross borehole to drain regional coal seam gas technology, using high level borehole to drain gas in goaf and roof fractured zone technology, using high level tailing roadway buried pipe technology to drain gas in goaf, gas drainage while mining technology with bedding down hole, closed goaf gas extraction with steep seam slicing mining technology. The in-situ experimental result showed that the technology solved the gas issues in steeply inclined coal seam.
