    Application of Stereo Fire Prevention Technology in Inflammable Fully Mechanized Caving Face During Unsealed Period

    • 摘要: 针对千秋煤矿21141综采放顶煤工作面停产、封闭、启封期间易自然发火的原因及区域,主要采取防火措施:工作面停产期间低风量配风,上、下隅角喷浆封闭、漫抹支架及充填堵漏风防火措施;工作面封闭期间采取闭区注氮、闭区均压通风防火措施;采用逐段锁风启封法,全方位施工防火钻孔,充填凝胶、水泥、三相泡沫等综合防火技术,实现了工作面安全启封和顺利投产。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the cause and area of easy spontaneous combustion in Qianqiu Mine 21141 fully mechanized caving face during stop production, close and unsealed period, the main fire prevention measures are adopted as follow. Firstly, during stop production period, reducing the air volume and closing the upper and lower corner by grouting and diffuse stents and filling to reduce leak wind. Secondly, during the face closed, nitrogen injection and pressure balance ventilation in closed area are used. Thirdly, air lock unsealed method are used. In addition, comprehensive fire prevention technologies such as all-round fire drill, filling gel, cement, three-phase foam and other technologies are also adopted, which achieves the goals that the working face unsealed safely and successful production.
