    The Fiber Temperature Measurement to Prevent Spontaneous Combustion in Large Angle Caving Face

    • 摘要: 采用的光纤光栅温度传感系统,即把光纤光栅温度传感器埋设在采空区和顺槽,实时监测采空区各测点和主要巷道的温度变化,完成数据的存储、分析与上传,形成集计算机、光纤传感、光纤传输、光电控制等技术于一体的连续监测系统。根据监测结果,对自然发火危险区域采取双路注氮、高位注浆和压注化学膨胀惰泡等措施,防止采空区煤层自然发火,保证矿井的安全生产。

       

      Abstract: By using fiber grating temperature sensing system, the fiber grating temperature sensors were embedded in the goaf and crossheading, real-time monitoring was carried out for the goaf measuring points and temperature changes of main roadway, the data storage, analysis and upload was completed, and the continuous monitoring system formed which included computers, fiber sensing, optical transmission, optical control technology and so on. According to the monitoring results, the measures of dual nitrogen injection, high pressure injection grouting and chemical expansion inert foam were taken for the danger area of spontaneous combustion, which prevented spontaneous combustion in coal seams of goaf and ensured mine safety production.
