    A Local Cooling Technology for Rock Tunnel Heading Face

    • 摘要: 针对平煤股份公司十矿三水平混合立井落底后高温岩巷掘进工作面的降温问题,分析了岩巷掘进工作面的生产环境和热源因素,提出了建井时期岩巷工作面局部制冷降温的思路;对工作面实现降温目标需冷量进行了计算;对局部制冷机组进行了选择;介绍了制冷机组的安装工艺流程与要求。

       

      Abstract: In the article, for the cooling problem of high temperature in the heading face of rock tunnel after the completion of mixing shaft in Pingdingshan No.10 Coal Mine, it analyzed the production environment and heat source factors in the heading face of rock tunnel, put forward local cooling and refrigerating ideas for the heading face of rock tunnel during the period of mine construction, calculated the local refrigerating chilling reguirement, selected local cooling and refrigerating units, and introduced installation process and requires of cooling and refrigerating units.
