    Antifreezing and Stick Technology of Lignite Transportation Belt Conveyor in Alpine Region

    • 摘要: 锡林郭勒盟属高寒地区,本地区褐煤水分高、粘附性强,冬季利用户外胶带机运输褐煤胶带表面冻粘、板结严重,回程胶带大量撒煤。胶带上的冻粘煤和沿线撒料严重制约企业安全生产和设备平稳运行,且需要大量人工对其进行清理和倒运。研究了一种适用于高寒地区冬季户外胶带机运输含水量较高物料的防冻粘技术,该技术利用氯化钙、添加剂等多配方混合溶液喷洒胶带物料承载面,有效解决了高寒低温环境下物料与输送带承载面发生的冻粘、板结,保障了高寒地区冬季户外胶带机运输安全,降低胶带机运营成本,延长胶带机使用寿命。

       

      Abstract: Xilin Gol League is the alpine region, there is high moisture and strong adhesion lignite. Tape surface is freezing serious when lignite is transported in the winter, there are a lot of coal dust below the tape machine in the return tape, which seriously influence equipment running smoothly and enterprise safe production. Moreover, it needs a large number of manpower to clean up and carry the coal drop. This paper introduces antifreezing and stick technology, this is suitable for outdoor belt conveyor lignite transportation in alpine region. It uses mixed liquor of calcium chloride of multiple formulations and cellulose to spray bearing surface of tape machine. It effectively solve problem of frozen stick and compaction.This new technology not only protect the outdoor tape machine safe transport in alpine region, but also reduce the operational costs of the belt conveyor and extend belt conveyor life.
