    • 摘要: 模拟了煤自然发火实际近似绝热及外加热源情况下的试验条件,研究并建立了煤自然发火模拟测试系统。该系统主要由供风系统、炉体、煤温检测及温控装置以及气体分析系统组成,可直接获取煤体内测点温度、气体组分与浓度分布,具备完善的煤炭自燃火灾测试条件,不但可为煤自然发火期的测定提供实验条件,同时也可为实验室条件下模拟中等规模的煤自然发火过程,测试无线温度传感器网络节点装置的可靠性等提供技术支持。

       

      Abstract: Coal spontaneous combustion test conditions under the condition of actual approximate adiabatic and additional heat source are simulated, and coal spontaneous combustion simulation test system is established. The system is mainly composed by air supply system, furnace body, coal temperature detection, temperature control device and gas analysis system, which can directly access coal body neice point temperature, gas component concentration distribution. With coal spontaneous combustion test conditions, it not only provides experimental conditions for the determination of coal spontaneous combustion stage, but also can simulated medium-sized coal spontaneous combustion process under laboratory conditions, which provides technical support for testing the reliability of wireless temperature sensor network node device.
