    Simulation on Angle Modulation Mechanism of Crawler Tunnel Drilling Rig

    • 摘要: 为满足用户对整体式钻机提出的更高要求,采用新结构研制了ZDY6000LD(B)履带式全液压坑道钻机调角机构,利用ABAQUS软件建立调角机构中关键部件有限元模型并进行模态和稳态动力学分析,得出前10阶固有频率及振型,评估调角机构是否满足设计要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the higher demand of users for integral drilling rig, ZDY6000LD(B) is developed by using new structure. A finite element model of the key parts of angle modulation mechanism is established and the analysis of mode and steady-state kinetics is carried out by ABAQUS software. The first 10 steps natural frequency and vibration mode are obtained, it can be used to evaluate angle modulation mechanism to meet the design requirements.
