    Comprehensive Control for H2S Abnormal Emission in B1+2 Coal Seam of Jiangou Mine East Wing

    • 摘要: 对碱沟煤矿东翼B1+2煤层H2S气体涌出源进行分析,确定了H2S主要来源位置,根据空间位置关系将其分为上、中、下3部分。并按其来源位置不同,分别设计了不同的H2S气体治理方案,即上部采用负压抽放,中部采用化学注液和负压抽放,下部采用化学注液法,且这3部分同时进行H2S气体治理。通过现场监测,采用化学中和和物理负压抽放相结合的H2S治理方案后,回风中H2S气体的浓度降到了安全水平,完全满足矿井安全生产需要。

       

      Abstract: through the analysis of H2S emission in B1+2 coal seam of Jiangou Mine east wing, the position of H2S source is determined, which is divided into upper, middle and lower three parts according to the spatial relationship. Different H2S gas treatment program are designed according to their different source locations, that is negative pressure drainage in upper region, chemical liquid injection and negative pressure drainage in central region and the chemical liquid injection method using in lower region, and these three parts simultaneously treat H2S gas. Through on-site monitoring, after using H2S treatment program in chemical muetralization and physical negative pressure drainage method, H2S gas concentration in return air downs to a safe level, which fully meets the needs of mine safety.
