    • 摘要: 易燃厚煤层复采综放工作面回撤期间,采空区及小煤矿破坏区自然发火隐患是影响支架回撤的主要因素之一,回撤期间通风方式的选择直接影响着工作面回撤进度与安全,红会一矿经过多年试验研究,通过对工作面回撤通道防灭火预处理,采用正压通风技术,并结合常规灌浆、注氮等防灭火措施,有效消除了火灾隐患,确保了工作面安全回撤。

       

      Abstract: During withdrawing period of inflammable thick seam fully mechanized caving face, the danger of spontaneous combustion in small coal mine goaf and failure zone is one of the main factors impact supports removing, the selection of ventilation methods are directly affect the safty and speed. After years of experimental research of Honghui No.1 Coal Mine, through the prethreatment of fire prevention for working face withdrawing tunnel, positive pressure ventilation technology combined with fire prevention of conventional grouting, nitrogen injection and other measures, which is effective to eliminate fire hazards and ensure the working face safe withdraw.
