    Application of Soft Rock Construction Support Technology in Loading Chamber

    • 摘要: 主井装载硐室工程是建井一期工程中较为重要的重点工程之一,施工工艺较为复杂,作业难度较大。长城窝堡矿井所处井田范围内,地质条件比较复杂,多构造,岩性松散,节理发育,围岩坚固性等级为f﹤3,岩性结构强度低,极易离层脱落。在硐室断面较大,所处围岩特征较恶劣的情况下,选择合理的支护形式,是决定施工安全,施工速度,确保工程质量的重要因素。为此,通过多个方案对比,决定采用锚网喷、锚索与桁架混凝土的联合支护。

       

      Abstract: The project of main shaft loading chamber is one of the more important priority project in shaft building of first stage project, the construction technology is more complicated, it would be difficulty in task. In the position of Changchengwopo Mine Field, the geological conditions is more complex, multi-structure, loose lithology, joints development, and the surrounding rock level f is less than 3.The lithology structural strength is low, easy to separate and drop. On conditions of bigger chamber fracture surface, tougher surrounding rock characteristic, how to choose reasonable support form is the key factor to decide construction safety, construction speed and insure project quality.Therefore, through comparison study on several plans, combined support of bolt steel mesh shotcrete, anchor cable and concrete truss is adopted.
