    Ventilation Status and Optimization of Short Wall Mining Face With Continuous Miner

    • 摘要: 介绍了连续采煤机短壁开采工艺在国内外的应用情况及现行不同开采工艺条件下工作面通风方式和通风系统布置,分析不同通风方式的优缺点和优化方法,指出取消采硐间煤柱的留设,合理控制支巷顶板跨落,开掘边界回风通道或采用双支巷布置开采,利用矿井全风压构建工作面通风系统将具有更高的可靠性和稳定性。

       

      Abstract: This article introduces the ventilation mode and ventilation system arrangement in different mining process conditions of short-wall mining with continuous miner at home and abroad, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different ventilation mode and optimization method. It point that the ventilation system will have higher reliability and stability with canceling the coal pillar setting between tunnels, reasonable control of of branch tunnel roof caving, digging the boundary return air channel or dual branch tunnel layout mining and the system built by mine full air pressure.
