    Numerical Simulation on Fire Prevention and Extinguishing System of Mine Long Distant Dynamic Pressure Grouting

    • 摘要: 分析了矿井防灭火系统远距离动压灌浆存在的技术难题,建立了管路浆液输送的数值模型,利用ANSYS软件对远距离静压自流灌浆和动压灌浆2种条件下管道中不同区域的压力分布和压力损失进行了数值模拟,数值模拟结果和现场实测数据基本吻合,掌握了矿井远距离灌浆管路中的压力分布规律,优化了矿井动压灌浆防灭火系统的设计方案和技术参数。

       

      Abstract: Through the analysis of technical problems in fire prevention and extinguishing system of mine long distant dynamic pressure grouting, the numerical model for pipeline slurry transportation is established. ANSYS software is used to simulate the pressure distribution and pressure loss at different regions of pipeline under two conditions of long distant static pressure grouting and dynamic pressure grouting. The numerical results basically are consistent with field actual test data. The pressure distribution law of mine long distant grouting pipeline was mastered. The design and technical parameters of fire prevention and extinguishing system of mine dynamic pressure grouting were optimized.
