    • 摘要: 通过分析全留沟-搭桥、全留沟、半留沟各自的特点,从技术和经济上对3种内排土场留沟方案进行比选,得出需要修筑1条连接首采区东端帮与内排土场东部的运输道路,即采用全留沟-搭桥措施,来缩短卡车运距,降低运输成本,减少电铲的二次剥离量,提高作业效率。综上,从技术经济角度建议采用全留沟-搭桥方案,确保黑岱沟露天煤矿转向顺利进行。

       

      Abstract: This article analyzes the characteristics among whole left ditch-bridge, whole left ditch and half left ditch, compares these three kinds of schemes for leaving a ditch in inner dump from technical and economic aspects. That needs to build a transportation road which connects the eastern end of the first mining area with inner dump, which adopts whole left ditch-bridge measure to shorten the length of haul truck and to reduce transportation costs and the secondary stripping quantity to improve the working efficiency. In conclusion, it advices to use the solution of whole left ditch-bridge from technical and economic angle to make sure Heidaigou Open-pit operate smoothly.
