    Orthogonal Experiment Study on the Factors of Loop Air Curtain Cutting off Effect

    • 摘要: 高压气流形成的风幕可以有效的解决井下通风与交通的矛盾,为提高风幕阻隔风流的效率,利用正交实验的方法设计了影响矿用风幕阻隔效果的6因素5水平实验,以数值模拟的方式完成实验。结果表明:射出角度为最大影响因素,风幕回风口与射出口间距对风幕阻隔效果亦有较大影响,随间距的增大风幕的阻隔能力可得到较大提高。

       

      Abstract: air curtain formed by high-pressure air can effectively solve the contradiction underground ventilation and transport, in order to improve the efficiency of air curtain cutting off air flow, the effects of sex factors and five levels on mine air curtain cutting off roadway were investigated orthogonal experiment. All the experiments are completed by Comsol software. The results show that the most influential factor is the emission angle, and the distance between air curtain return air outlet and exit port also has a greater impact on cutting off effect, cutting off capability of air curtain increased greatly with improved spaces.
