    阳煤二矿80509孤岛综放工作面漏风规律及对自然发火的影响

    The Air Leakage Laws and Its Effect on Spontaneous Combustion at 80509 Isolated Island Caving Face of Yangquan No.2 Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 阳煤二矿80509孤岛综放工作面四周均为采空区,漏风规律复杂多变。通过研究得出:孤岛工作面采空区漏风量比正常开采工作面漏风量大,工作面的尾巷位置成为采空区漏风流的集中汇,自然发火危险性较大。孤岛面由于在相邻工作面开采期间提前进行了卸压,对煤体瓦斯进行了放散,瓦斯涌出量相对较低。在保证工作面瓦斯浓度不超限的情况下,尽量降低高抽巷的抽放负压。当回风流和尾巷瓦斯浓度不超限时,可将高抽巷关闭。由于孤岛综放面均与四周采空区连通,故其易自然发火的地点有:开切眼和停采线以及相邻工作面采空区。

       

      Abstract: The 80509 isolated island caving face is surrounded by gobs. The air leakage law of "islands" workface is very complicated and variable .According to the research, it got conclusion that isolated island caving face has much more air leakage than normal mining method and the tail position of the workface which has more possibility to generate spontaneous combustion is the center of leakage from gobs. Due to pressure and gas releasing in advance during the mining of the adjacent workface, isolated face has a relatively low gas emission. Under the circumstance of insuring the gas concentration in workface not over-limited, it need to decrease the negative pressure of high drainage roadway. Under the circumstance of insuring the gas concentration in workface return air and methane special lane not over-limited, the high drainage roadway should be closed. As the isolated face is surrounded by gobs, there are some places are easier to generating spontaneous combustion such as open-off cut, stopping position and adjacent gobs.
