    Study on Influential Factors of Hydrogen Sulfide Treatment in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 通过建立H2S吸收模拟实验系统模拟煤矿H2S现场实际状况,对影响H2S吸收效率的风速、喷雾流量、吸收液浓度及H2S浓度等因素进行了研究,实验表明H2S吸收效率随风速的增加而降低、随喷雾流量的增大而增大,随H2S浓度的增加而减小,随吸收液浓度的增加而增大。正交实验表明H2S吸收效率影响因素大小顺序为:风速>吸收液浓度>H2S浓度>喷雾流量。实验结果为开展煤矿现场的H2S治理及其工艺研究提供了重要的基础实验依据。

       

      Abstract: The factors such as wind speed, spraying flow, absorption solution concentration and H2S concentration in coal mine which influenced H2S absorption efficiency were studied through the experiment simulation device in this paper. The experimental results show that H2S absorption efficiency declines with the increase of wind speed and H2S concentration, increases with the raise of spraying flow and absorption solution concentration. Orthogonal experiments indicates that influence ability of these factors on H2S absorption efficiency are different, and the order is wind speed, absorbing solution concentration, H2S concentration and spraying flow. The research provides some experimental foundation for the development of H2S management and process in coal mine.
