    Fire Prevention Technology in Bulianta Coal Mine 22306 Face

    • 摘要: 补连塔煤矿所采煤层具有浅埋深、近距离、易自燃的特点。22306工作面在开采过程受采动影响可能与上覆12煤采空区存在沟通裂隙,由于12煤采空区曾发生过火灾隐患,若再次发生遗煤自燃,将对22306工作面的安全开采造成威胁。利用探放水过程中同步注氮、向上覆采空区预注浆、切眼段300 m范围内注浆、中部异常区域注浆、末采段300 m范围内注浆和应急均压防灭火等技术保障22306工作面的安全开采。

       

      Abstract: The coal seam of Bulianta Coal Mine has the features of shallow mining depth, close distance and easy spontaneous combustion. Due to the mining effect, 22306 working face may exist communication cracks together with the overlying 12 coal goaf. The 12 coal goaf had happened fire hazard. If the residual coal occurs spontaneous combustion again, the 22306 working face safe will be threatened. The nitrogen will be injected in the process of drainage. The overlying goaf will be pre-grouted. The scope of 300 m open-off cut, the middle abnormal area, the scope of the 300 m end mining will be grouted. The pressure balance for air control will be adopted in the emergency situation. The 22306 working face safe mining will be guaranteed through the above methods.
