    三棱凹槽螺旋钻杆的设计

    Design of Triangular Groove Helix Drilling Rod

    • 摘要: 松软突出煤层由于煤层松软、破碎、承压能力低,钻孔施工非常困难。为了解决现有钻杆在松软突出煤层钻孔施工中出现的卡钻、埋钻等问题,设计了一种三棱凹槽螺旋钻杆,探讨了钻杆的结构特点及工作原理,通过现场工业试验验证钻杆的使用效果。

       

      Abstract: Drilling construction is very difficult because of the soft, broken, low bearing capacity outburst seam. In order to solve the jamming and burying problems occurred when helix drilling rods were in soft and outburst seam, a triangular groove helix drilling rod was designed, the structural characteristics and working principle of integral triangular helix drilling rod was discussed. Field industrial tests have verified the application effect of the drilling rod.
