    ZDY4000LF型两体式履带钻机的研制

    Development of ZDY4000LF Split Type Caterpillar Drill

    • 摘要: 根据高瓦斯矿井瓦斯抽采钻孔施工特点及要求,研制了ZDY4000LF型两体式履带钻机。钻机结构新颖、功能齐全、操作便捷、体积小、机动性强,满足矿井的防突要求,钻机仰俯角、方位角和水平开孔高度调节范围大,适应顺层孔和穿层孔等多种钻探施工工艺。

       

      Abstract: ZDY4000LF split type caterpillar drill was developed successfully according to the requirements of high-gas coal mine gas drainage drilling and construction characteristics. The drill has many advantages, such as small size, novel structure, complete function, simple operation, power maneuverability and suitable for gas control in high gas mine. The drill has a larger regulation range of elevation angle, the agimuth angle and drilling hight. Drilling techniques can be suitable for bedding holes and through beds holes.
