    矿用无触点防爆电磁喇叭控制电路的设计

    Control Circuit Design of Contactless Explosion-proof Electromagnet Horn for Mine

    • 摘要: 为减少由于喇叭产生火花和声音太小等因素对煤矿带来的严重后果,利用无触点、电磁效应和绝缘胶封等方法,设计了无触点防爆电磁喇叭,仿真和测试结果表明,喇叭符合本安电路要求,是一款安全可靠,使用寿命长,声音效果好的多输入电压矿山机车用无触点防爆喇叭。

       

      Abstract: For reducing the serious consequences of horn sparks and too little sound and other factors in coal mine, by using non-contact, electromagnetic effect and insulation glue sealing method, the article designed a contactless explosion-proof electromagnetic horn. Simulation and testing results showed that horn circuit met the requirements of intrinsically safe circuit, and it was a safe and reliable, long service life, good sound effect, multiple input voltage, explosion-proof loudspeaker without contact with mine locomotive.
