    Analysis of Nondestructive Detection Method of Bolt Anchoring Quality

    • 摘要: 为了有效检测在各种工程实际中所使用的锚杆锚固质量,采用理论分析和实验室测试的方法分别研究了自由锚杆和锚固锚杆的高频超声导波传播规律,在2.25~15 MHz导波频率范围内,对不同锚固质量的锚固锚杆进行了扫频,并根据实验结果得出了不同锚固质量的锚杆的峰值比以及其随增益的变化曲线,与理论衰减频散曲线相吻合。研究结果表明,在一定的频率范围内,同一频率的峰值比几乎不随增益变化而变化,且对大于7.5 MHz的高频导波不适合用来检测锚杆锚固质量做出了初步研究。

       

      Abstract: In order to effectively detect the anchorage quality in various engineering practice, the article studied the propagation law of the high-frequency ultrasonic guided wave in free rock bolts and anchor bolt by theoretical analysis and laboratory testing, the study scaned the test specimen of different anchoring quality when the excitation frequency was from 2.25 to 15 MHz and drew curves of peak ratio with gain, the experimental results and theoretical attenuation dispersion curves was coincidence. The results showed that the same frequency peak ratio hardly varies with gain variation in a certain frequency range, and high frequency of more than 7.5 MHz guided wave is not suitable to make a preliminary study for bolt anchoring quality testing.
