    隔爆外壳中孔板结构对爆炸压力的叠加影响

    The Superposition Impact of Orifice Structure of Flameproof Enclosure on Explosion Pressure

    • 摘要: 研究了隔爆外壳内隔板上的孔板与爆炸压力的关系,实验结果表明:孔板引起爆轰,隔爆外壳内的爆炸压力瞬间增大,其爆炸压力上升时间也减少;相同浓度的气体产生的压力波以固定速度传播,压力值也是以固定速度上升;爆炸压力的最大值只与可燃气体浓度和初始压力有关。

       

      Abstract: This article studies the relationship between explosion pressure and flameproof enclosure with orifice, and the experimental results show that orifice causes detonation so that the explosion pressure of flameproof enclosure instantly increases and the rise time of explosion pressure is also greatly reduced. The pressure of same concentration gas has a constant speed of wave propagation and pressure is also increased at a constant speed; the maximum explosion pressure is determined by combustible gas concentration and the initial pressure.
