    Analysis of Influence of Miners Social Network Structure on the Coal Enterprise Safety Culture

    • 摘要: 通过现场调研、专家访谈、发放问卷等手段收集大量一手数据,运用社会网络分析工具及结构方程模型构建矿工社会网络、信息流、能量流和煤炭企业安全文化之间的效应模型,并揭示模型中的影响机理。最后从改善矿工社会网络关系的角度提出相关提高煤矿安全管理的新思路和新方法,从而促进煤炭企业快速发展。

       

      Abstract: Through field investigation, expert interview, questionnaire and other methods, it collected a large number of firsthand data. Moreover, it used the social network analysis tools and structural equation model to build the effect model of social networks of miners, information flow, energy flow and coal enterprise safety culture, then revealed the influence mechanism of this model. Finally, from the perspective of improving social networks of miners, it proposed the coping style of the improvement of coal mine culture level to put forward new ideas for mine safety management and promote the rapid development of coal enterprises.
