Abstract: The aim of designing coal mine safety culture carriers is to propagate safety culture information of enterprises and enhance the safety awareness of the employees and finally reach the goal of reducing the accident rate and improve safety performance. Designers and enterprise managers focuses on the effect of propagating safety culture with safety culture carriers, namely the display effect of coal mine safety culture carriers. So the display effect should be analyzed comprehensively after the carriers are designed. Given that, the display effect of safety culture carriers is elaborated in detail so as to help the enterprises correctly understand the importance of safety culture carriers and the effect assessment to the maximum and support the coal enterprise safety culture construction according to the characteristics and mechanism of the effect of safety culture carriers, the influencing factors of safety culture carriers and the indicators of assessing safety culture carrier effect.
