    • 摘要: 针对我国煤矿安全风险预控管理体系建设的需要,运用解释结构模型对煤矿安全风险预控管理体系建设的组织基础进行分析,得出影响风险预控管理体系建设组织基础的一些关键因素,为体系建设工作小组成效、人员的工作精神状态、集团公司领导小组工作成效和各主体公司的支持力度。在实际工作中,煤矿公司可以通过加强这些关键因素的管理,作为煤矿安全风险预控管理体系建设的组织基础,提高煤矿安全风险预控管理体系建设成效。

       

      Abstract: In view of the construction needs of coal mine safety management system based on risk pre-control, interpretive structural model is used to analyze the organizational guarantee basis of the coal safety management system of risk pre-control, it find out some key factors, including the effectiveness of system-building writing group, the effectiveness of system-building leading group, working mental state of personnel, the effectiveness of company leadership team and the support efforts of the various companies and so on, which affects the organizational foundation of the coal safety management system of risk pre-control. In practical work, mining companies can enhance the management of these key factors as the organizational foundation of the coal safety management system of risk pre-control to improve the organizational foundation of the coal safety management system of risk pre-control.
