    Stress Measurement Analysis of Freezing Shaft Lining in Gubei Mine Auxiliary Shaft

    • 摘要: 为解决淮南顾北矿副井深厚表土层冻结法凿井出现的技术难题,在施工过程中对冻结壁井帮及外层井壁的温度和受力过程进行现场监测,获取了冻结井壁温度、受力和冻结压力的实测数据,分析得出深厚表土层冻结压力和井壁受力的变化规律。为冻结井壁的设计和实际施工提供了重要的指导。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the technical problems of freeze sinking in the deep alluvium in Gubei Mine in Huainan, in-situ measurement on the temperature and stress of freezing well and freezing shaft was conducted during the process of shaft sinking. Then the field data of freezing pressure, freezing shaft temperature and stress were obtained, from which the changing law of freezing shaft pressure was acquired. The result has an important guiding for the design and construction of freezing shaft.
