    综放工作面瓦斯综合治理模式研究

    Research on Gas Comprehensive Controlling Mode in Fully Mechanized Caving Face

    • 摘要: 开滦集团某工作面的回采工艺为综放开采,开采强度大,瓦斯涌出量高。基于此,提出了该工作面的瓦斯治理模式:在“U+L”型通风方式的基础上,增设1个切眼和倾向高位瓦斯抽采钻孔,并采取措施调节回风巷和瓦斯排放巷的风量。然后,采用数值模拟手段对该瓦斯治理模式下的采空区瓦斯运移规律进行研究,并开展现场工程应用。结果表明,含有瓦斯的风流被诱导流入瓦斯排放巷和抽放钻孔,阻止了采空区深部瓦斯向上隅角的涌入,在很大程度上减小了采空区内部及工作面上隅角的瓦斯浓度,从而解决了上隅角瓦斯局部积聚的难题。

       

      Abstract: The mining technique was fully mechanized in a working face of Kailuan Group, the mining intensity was big, and the gas emission quantity was large. Based on this, the gas controlling mode of the working face was put forward, and on the basis of "U+L" type ventilation, one cutting hole and dip high-level gas drainage borehole were added, the measures were taken to adjust the ventilation quantity of return airway and gas drainage gateway. Then the gas migration law in goaf was studied under the gas controlling mode by using numerical simulation, and the engineering application was done in site. The results showed that the air flow containing gas was induced into the gas drainage gateway and gas drainage borehole, and the gas influx into upper corner in the deep of goaf was stopped, which largely reduced the gas concentration of goaf inside and upper corner of working face, and solved the problem of local gas accumulation in upper corner.
