    The Simulation of Bolt-Mesh Support Size Effect in Extremely Thick Coal Seam Roadways

    • 摘要: 为了掌握巨厚煤层中锚网支护的尺寸效应,以某矿5203巷为研究对象,利用FLAC3D模拟研究了锚杆长度为2.0、2.2、2.4、2.6 m,锚索长度为5.0、6.5、8.0、10.0 m共16种情况下的围岩表面位移,并采用MATLAB对计算结果进行拟合和绘图,结果表明,围岩两帮收敛量、顶底板移近量等表面位移与锚杆、锚索长度之间呈三次函数关系,三者之间的关系图形呈“扇贝”形;锚网支护效果是由锚杆、锚索共同作用的,应该重视锚杆、锚索的长度协同,使二者的支护性能得到充分的发挥,在5203巷的支护中,锚杆、锚索的长度宜为2 400 mm和8 000 mm;工业性试验表明,掘巷期间两帮收敛量和顶底板移近量分别为83 mm和132 mm,与研究结果相符。

       

      Abstract: In order to control the size effect of bolt-mesh support for roadways in extremely thick coal seam, simulation studied the rock surface displacement of 16 different models which bolt length was 2.0,2.2,2.4 and 2.6 m,and cable length was 5.0,6.5,8.0 and 10.0 m with FLAC3D,and fitted the calculation results and drew its graphics with MATLAB, the results showed that the distance between two rocks or roof and floor and bolt, cable length showed a cubic function, and their graphics was a "scallop" shape; the effect of bolt-mesh support is determined by bolt, cable joint action, it should be paid attention to the synergy between bolt and cable, and made the performance of both supporting full play, bolt and cable length should be 2 400 mm and 8 000 mm in 5203 roadway supporting; industrial tests show that distance between two rocks or roof and floor were 83 mm and 132 mm during drifting, and it was consistent with the findings.
