    新型煤层瓦斯压力测定封孔技术

    The New Borehole Sealing Technology in the Gas Pressure Measurement of Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 煤层原始瓦斯压力的准确测定关系着矿井的安全生产,而测压钻孔的封孔技术是影响煤层原始瓦斯压力测定的重要因素。通过分析现有煤层瓦斯压力测定封孔技术的主要优缺点和适用条件,设计出一种新型煤层瓦斯压力测定封孔装置,包括封孔装置结构,封孔材料和封孔原理,确定了封孔装置的带压封孔工艺。现场工业性试验表明,与水泥砂浆封孔对比,设计的封孔装置封孔测压密封性好,测压成功率高,应用范围广。

       

      Abstract: The accurate determination of the original gas pressure in coal seams affects the safety production of mine, and the borehole sealing technology is a key factor which influences the original gas pressure determination. Through analyzing the main advantages and disadvantages and the application condition of the existing borehole sealing technology, the new borehole sealing equipment is designed, including the equipment structure, the sealing materials and the sealing principle, and the sealing under pressure technique is determined. The industrial test shows that the new borehole sealing equipment has advantages of better sealing, high success rate of pressure determination and wide application range compared to the cement mortar hole sealing.
