    瓦斯异常区工作面浅孔抽放瓦斯综合治理技术

    Gas Comprehensive Control Technology of Shallow Hole Drainage in Working Face of Unusual Gas District

    • 摘要: 陈四楼煤矿十二采区为瓦斯异常涌出区域,如何实现安全回采成为亟待解决的问题。通过研究工作面前方煤体渗透性的变化规律及钻孔布置对瓦斯抽放效果的影响因素,提出了全新的瓦斯异常区工作面浅孔抽放综合技术,即以浅孔抽放技术为核心内容,结合“U型通风+上、下隅角堵漏”的工作面通风管理方法。21207工作面应用该技术后,上隅角瓦斯浓度由0.5%(最高0.7%),降到0.1%~0.2%之间,瓦斯涌出量降至2.5 m3/min以下,有效降低了工作面回采期间的瓦斯浓度。

       

      Abstract: The NO.12 mining area of Chensilou Coal Mine was the unusual gas emission area, and safe mining in this area had been a problem to be solved. The change laws of coal seam permeability in front of the working face and the influence factors of drillings arrangement for gas drainage effect were studied, and the new comprehensive technology of shallow hole drainage in working face of unusual gas district was put forward. It took shallow hole drainage as core content, combined with the working face ventilation management method of "U type ventilation+ upper and lower corner plugging measures". This technology was applied in 21207 working face, the gas concentration in upper corner reduced from 0.5% (top 0.7%) to the value between 0.1% and 0.2%, the gas emission reduced to less than 2.5 m3/min, and the gas concentration reduced effectively during working face mining.
