    Eliminating Outburst Technology of Thin Coal Seam Mining as a Protective Layer in Hezhuang Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 保护层开采作为最经济有效的区域性防突措施,其关键是对保护层开采技术和保护效果的研究。以准确预测保护层开采时瓦斯涌出量、设计合理的瓦斯抽采方案为基础,运用开采薄煤层保护层消突技术,研究了保护层开采的消突效果。结果表明11030保护层工作面开采后被保护层得到充分卸压和瓦斯释放,在卸压区内消突效果明显,为具备保护层开采条件的突出矿井有效防治煤与瓦斯突出提供了理论基础。

       

      Abstract: Protective layer mining is one of the most economic and effective regional outburst prevention measures. The key problem encountered in extracting protective seam mining is to study protective layer mining technology and the protective effect. The paper to predict the protective gas emission during mining, design reasonable gas extraction solution as the foundation, use of protective layer mining thin coal seam outburst elimination technology, studied the elimination of protective layer mining effect. Results showed that 11030 protection layer after the working face mining protective layer are fully discharge pressure and the gas release, in the unloading zone outburst elimination effect is obvious, as a protective layer mining condition of coal and gas outburst in the outburst mines of effective prevention and control provides a theoretical basis.
